I don’t do resolutions.
So, I’m going to call this: the-feel-better-physically-and-mentally-eat-better-in-general-exercise-a-little plan.
Less cream and sugar in my coffee
Less coffee in general
Use treadmill at least 3 times a week
Portion control
No eating after dinner unless it’s fruit or veggies
Get on a sleep schedule
Start doing yoga/other stress relieving activities

Sounds great…I am trying to get into this same situation too. I talked Paul into doing it with me and then maybe taking a trip when we hit our goals.
